The food was not great. it tasted more like a school dinner than what i'd expect at a resort. i also noticed the chef using the same gloves for raw chicken and cooked kofta. My husband got food poisoning because of this. the hotel is clean and has a good location, but the food and drinks could be better

The resort features several pools. The daily cleaning made sure the pools were clean. the resort has its own private beach area, there is a specific zone for swimming. dinner was great (i especially liked dinner). There were various tasty options always available.
i found the absence of readily available information upon arrival slightly inconvenient.

The staff was amazing. They started reserving sun loungers for us from the first day (no need to wake up early!). the bar attendant ensured our glasses were never empty. As soon as my beer was finished, another one would appear.
the all-inclusive option was limited. it only covered certain hours (11 am to midnight), and the drink selection included beer, vodka, white wine, and red wine only. anything else required an extra charge (not expected from a five-star hotel!).

the staff was kind and helpful, especially in the reception and restaurants. i found the room to be lovely, always clean and of a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool.
The wifi was very weak. It rarely worked. their alcohol selection included only local brands, and imported alcohol was very expensive. I regretted not buying it at the airport.

the buffet was a constant letdown it presented itself as a grand affair but the food never quite lived up to the visual spectacle it was bland and repetitive after a few days i found myself eating the same things out of necessity also the promised excursions seemed overpriced and underwhelming it was like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of the guests i expected more value for the cost i was left feeling like a walking wallet rather than a valued guest the lack of worthwhile activities outside the resort became a major issue as the week dragged on

the resort boasts a convenient shuttle service to the beach and various locations in the evening i discovered it was a huge bonus i wish they advertised it more the animation team was super friendly and fun they made the days enjoyable. i met amazing people and felt so welcomed every moment felt heavenly and i even made it to their instagram it's so cool.
i found the dining area a little cramped it was like all guests couldn't fit sometimes lines for food were long and busy the food selection could be improved with more diverse choices so that everybody can find something to enjoy.

the hotel is conveniently located only a short ride from the airport it provides easy access making transfers quick and simple so i got to enjoy the resort without spending too much time traveling from the airport.

the main restaurant offers a variety of foods with themed nights each day i found it had new dishes to explore so i was always excited to see what was available it added a fun element to my dining experience.

my room was cleaned daily the hygiene level was perfect i received fresh towels and care kits every day it was really nice so i felt fresh and comfortable during my whole stay it made everything so easy.

there are multiple pools at the resort for swimming and relaxation it was cool that each pool offers a different experience i appreciated the variety of spaces available to hang out it ensures that there is always a spot to unwind.
